While Trypace Tablet helps to relieve pain, vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.| Q. Can the use of Trypace Tablet cause damage to kidneys?::: Yes, the long-term use of Trypace Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.| Q. Will Trypace Tablet be more effective if taken in higher doses?::: No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. These medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level.
